These Terms govern your use of cvvc.us and services offered by CVVC, LLC.
You must be 21 years of age or older to access, purchase, or receive wine from this site. By using the site you represent and warrant that you are 21+ and will provide accurate age verification when required.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not resell, scrape, or misuse content. Wine sales are subject to applicable state shipping laws. We ship only to states where permitted.
Wine Club membership and order management are administered via Vinoshipper. Membership terms, shipment schedule, and account changes are governed by Vinoshipper’s terms and your agreement with Vinoshipper. Shipments are scheduled for Spring and Fall.
The Vineyard Chateau is an independently owned and operated vacation rental and is not owned, operated, or managed by CVVC, LLC. The rental operation is conducted independently of the winery business under Monterey County Vacation Rental Permit No. VR240011.
All content, trademarks including VINCENT VINES, and branding on the site are owned by CVVC, LLC. Do not use them without permission.
We use Vinoshipper for order management, fulfillment, and age verification, and Mailchimp/StayFi for email communications. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Information on the site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVVC, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of wine.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
