The Primo Club a seat at our table

We ship throughout the USA except for AR, DE, ME, RI, SD, UT, and VA.

We ship a release each spring and fall — usually at the end of March and the beginning of November. About two weeks before each release is billed and shipped, you will receive an email with the details of that release and the option to customize it or update your billing/shipping details.

The price of the wines is the same for all members. What varies is the cost of getting it to your door: shipping and local excise/sales tax. On average, a typical Primo 3 shipment is ~$165 total, and a typical Primo 6 shipment is ~$305 total, assuming no bump in quantity.

We create each release with a default selection matched to your level and past preferences. We email you the order details with a button to customize the shipment, and you have about two weeks to adjust it — swap bottles, add extra bottles (a “bump”) up to 2x your base commitment, or adjust quantities — before we lock it for billing and shipping.

You can skip a single release, or cancel your membership completely. Members who continually skip may be asked to leave the club so we can maintain production planning and estimates.

Yes. You can move between Primo 3 and Primo 6 at any time, including during the customization window of a release. Just let us know and we’ll make the change for you.

As our production is extremely limited, and in order to make sure there is enough wine for everyone in the club, we cap the maximum bottles per release a member can receive. A “bump” lets you add extra bottles to your shipment, up to 2× your base. This means a Primo 3 member can bump to a max of 6 bottles, and a Primo 6 member can bump to a max of 12 bottles.

As a small production winery with a very small team, we cannot reliably fulfill ad‑hoc orders between releases. If you need more wine between shipments, consider a bump of extra bottles for your next release, or an upgrade to the next level. If you’re looking to gift our wines, consider gifting the first shipment of a club membership; you can give the gift now and pay when the shipment goes out.

The only way to buy our wines outside the club is through select wine shops and restaurants. However, guests staying at the Vineyard Chateau may purchase bottles on site from our self‑service wine fridge or as part of our hosted wine experiences.
