CVVC began as a passionate "garagistes" project in our tiny Carmel Valley vineyard, evolving into a licensed boutique winery in 2024. We hand-tend our vines with minimalist, sustainable practices—no machines or synthetics—letting the pure fruit shine through transparent, old-world winemaking. Our VINCENT VINES label (a nod to Van Gogh and "wine of a hundred vines") captures the magic of exceptional reds from small parcels with big personality.

Crafting small-batch Merlot (our flagship) alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and bold Petite Sirah, our premium Bordeaux-inspired reds are turning heads and warming palates (while gently reminding everyone how much they actually love a great Merlot).
